At Dawned On Me, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are custom printed upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, style, or simply changing your mind.

Eligible Returns

We gladly offer replacements or refunds if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The printed design is significantly flawed due to a manufacturing error

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email address].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color variations due to monitor or screen settings
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.
