Each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, production and shipping times may vary.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: Available on select products at checkout
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Dawned On Me is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
International Shipping
At this time, Dawned On Me ships only within the United States.
